Book Description
A strange female figure, a shadow of an ancient woman, an Amazon appears to a girl and instills in her soul, the primordial memory conveying her own truths and messages to the modern world and femininities everywhere. Esotericism, primal memory, messages from them, and sneak peeks into the future compose the lyrics in this poetry collection.
More details:
What can a “shadow” say to a girl? What can a “shadow” say to you? What connects the mythical women with us, globally and throughout time? Another story… The voice from the other side. The myth through the eyes of women! The end of patriarchy. The emergence of the new world and the era of “She Who Brings the Water.” … And a love in infinity, a love that lasts forever.

How much heroes are your “heroes”..?
Killing a woman and stealing her belt is a heroic act?… How responsible and brave is it to always blame for your crimes a “Hera”?… How heroic is it to always blame for all your crimes a “Beautiful Helen”?… Would you call a guy who with a hypocritical fake gift of peace, invades another people’s land and slaughters people simply “resourceful”? Or would you call him ruthless, deceitful, scoundrel and a criminal…?
“The end always justifies the means” ? Or is this exactly the mentality that has bled and destroyed our planet for so many centuries? The story otherwise… The voice from the other side. Τhe myth through the eyes of women! Shadows of restless souls in “myths” slandered by the patriarchy, which find here some rudimentary form of justification.
Against the “demonization” of women by the patriarchy and also against the “beautification” of immoral male mythical characters, models and behaviors presented by the macho “priesthood” to the masses as heroes.
STIS POLITEIES TIS GYNAIKAS/IN THE WOMANS REALMS, Christina Margeti, AKAKIA Publications

In anticipation of the preparation of the third enlarged edition, let’s see a few basic things about the book “Stis Politeies tis Gynaikas/In the Woman’s Realms”, Akakia Publications. Its author, Christina Margeti, was inspired and started writing it around 2013-2014. It was first printed in 2022 and published in London by Akakia Publications. In small size originally and in limited copies.
The first title of the book was: Stis Politeies tis Gynaikas (greek title) In The Woman’s ‘Realms – Motherland.
The heroines and muses of the book are those women who were called Amazons, and the story here is presented through the eyes of women and not under the patriarchal, phallocratic prism.
It is dedicated indicatively to human rights activists who have passed away, such as Evangelia Vlami and Marina Galanou, to victims of violence such as Myrto in Paros, Zak Kostopoulos and Eleni Topaloudi, and to femininities worldwide and throughout time, without discrimination.
In 2023, the second enlarged edition was published and released by Akakia Publications. With a shorter title : Stis Politeies tis Gynaikas (greek title) / In the Woman’s Realms. In a larger size. In more copies. Sold in England, Malta, and Greece. It is in Greek at the moment, but the whole poetry collection will be translated into English in due course.
👉 The third version that comes with it will be the BEST, so you who already bought it, don’t miss the third augmented edition!

I have always enjoyed writing, ever since I was a child, as an amateur. For me, writing has always been the best way to express my thoughts, feelings, dreams, concerns, doubts, and innermost thoughts. I always write consciously, only about what I love. About what inspires me, interests me, and concerns me. And I always write with my heart.
I would never write flattering words about real or fictional people whom I do not appreciate and whom I personally do not respect, not even for professional or commercial reasons. My poetry and my writing in general are imbued only with my own perception, consciousness, logic, heart, and my own principles and values. I try to ensure that my own lyrics have a basic simplicity. They should not be difficult to understand, especially when they refer to critical and sensitive social issues. I strive to ensure that people understand—to the extent that this is possible, of course—exactly what I am writing about.
An image, a dream, an idea comes to mind, and I write it down on paper. Whenever I have the time and inclination, I pick it up again, continue it, and improve it. Without haste, without pressure, without the “must.” I let my poems “breathe” freely with calm and serenity, and over time, they mature. I search and look again from the beginning, word by word, deleting, writing, deleting again, rewriting, until I feel satisfied. I can publish a book of mine many times if necessary until I feel that I am offering my best.
In general, I believe that every artist has the audience they deserve, and every audience has the artist they deserve. Personally, I would be happy and grateful to have thoughtful readers who question, who do not accept “ready-made food” without research and their own thinking, an audience that can look beyond the surface, that, for example, does not judge books by their covers, people by their appearance and the superficial “labels” of others, an audience of empathy, sensitivity, and love for all creatures, with respect for every difference, with education of the soul and kindness of spirit, a colorful, multifaceted audience united by an important vision: faith and the will for a much better world.
As for poetry, it is a sacred word. The highest art. And like all arts, it has no boundaries or limitations. It must be universal and always ahead of its time, in my opinion, perfectly expressing the Aquarian symbolism of pioneering, independence, and freedom. It must always stand by the side of the weakest, the wronged in every story. Its supreme values must be individual and social freedom and the prosperity of all existences, creatures.
I got the inspiration for my poetry collection “Stis Politeies tis Gynaikas” around 2014, when I started writing it. The heroines and muses of my book are those legendary women, the ancient warriors who were called Amazons. Women I admired as a child and beloved ancestors of my heart.
I decided to publish my writing, feeling that it had to be published, finally giving it a poetic form, although it could easily have been published as a short story or a play, especially in its original form. I managed to improve it without losing its essence and original messages in 2022, when it was first published in London by Akakia Publications in a small format and limited number of copies, under the title: Stis Politeies tis Gynaikas/the land of the Mother.
In 2023 the second expanded edition of my book was released, enriched in content, while maintaining its original authenticity, in more copies and with a shorter title this time: “Stis Politeies tis Gynaikas”.
At the end of 2025, the third expanded edition of my book is being prepared, the most improved in every way, while always maintaining its original truths unadulterated and its genuine first messages, with the honor of having my book prefaced by Mr. Stathis Liotis, literary and theater critic. I am delighted and grateful for this great honor.
