After finishing secondary school, I pursued studies in the field of Information Technology, both through private and public training programmes. Later, I studied at the Hellenic Open University in the field of Greek Culture, successfully completing the History module, which strengthened my interest in social and cultural structures. Throughout my journey, I combined work and education, adapting to the needs of each period, while also maintaining knowledge of English and German.
I am the founder of the sole proprietorship “New Themiskyra”, a vision that began in 2022. I distribute my own book as well as books by other authors online.
I have participated in a variety of activities for human rights in Athens. I was a founding member of the Rainbow Families. Recently, I contributed with my signature to the collective effort “Her Voice – Women Writers Against Gender-Based Violence”, and I also support the work of Amnesty International.
The inspiration for my first book “Stis Politeies tis Gynaikas” was born in 2014, when I began writing it. In 2022, the work was printed and published for the first time in London by Akakia Publications. The second expanded edition was released in 2023. The third expanded edition was published in 2026.
Some of my poems have been published in international print and online literary magazines.
In my free time, I engage in meditation, wellbeing, and connection with nature — I hold a Second Degree certification in Reiki.
