After the storm there’s always, a beautiful rainbow

Written by Christina Margeti

There’s a saying that after the storm there’s always a beautiful rainbow. And so it happens. Sometimes for various reasons we feel anxiety, sadness, a sense of loss, insecurity, fear, anger, whether it’s everyday issues we are dealing with, or because of a separation, divorce or even a loss of one of our own who has passed away, or the loss of a job we liked,or a health issue, or anything else. It’s okay to feel that way, it’s reasonable and human. Usually this always happens, you go through all the stages of grief, or generally the phases of all, or almost all, of these emotions. Just remember that while it’s okay to feel these feelings because it’s reasonable and human, it’s not okay to dwell on them for too long. Feel as much as you need to, as much as you feel, as much as you need to, cry, vent, but let them go, at the end of the day. Let them go. If you hold on to them, for too long ,then at some point they will “physicalize”. And they may become autoimmune for example, which of course I don’t wish, or psychosomatic conditions. If you feel the need it is good to seek psychological support from professionals, of course it is not bad, nor taboo nowadays anymore Everything in life, after all, are experiences, whether positive or negative, that teach us something. They strengthen us and make us stronger. And maybe more mature-us, if we have learned our lessons. But every day is another day. A new day. A new opportunity. And usually before you cross happiness they say, you cross the deepest darkness. But in the tunnel sometime, sooner or later, the light always shines through. It depends on when you realize it and how quickly you decide to cross that tunnel…

So let your own rainbow rise in your life, believe in you, love you and never give up for any reason..
