Biography of Christina Margeti.
I was born in Athens. I studied Computer Science and attended the Hellenic Open University in the program of Hellenic Culture, with a particular interest in History and social structures.
I am the founder of the sole proprietorship “New Themiskyra” (2022), through which I distribute my work online, as well as works by other creators. My poetry collection “Stis Politeies tis Gynaikas” began in 2014 and was first published in 2022 in London by Akakia Publications, followed by expanded editions in 2023 and 2026. Lyrics from my book have been set to music in English, while other poems of mine have been published in international print and online literary journals.
I have participated in initiatives for human rights and have signed the collective initiative “Her Voice – Women Writers Against Gender-Based Violence.”
In my free time, I enjoy being in nature, walking, reading, and engaging in energy healing practices. I hold the second degree in Reiki.
