What the fox does not reach…

What the fox does not reach… is a Greek folk proverb

Recently on the bus I unwittingly witnessed an incident, which I don’t know whether it is just for laughs or for tears. Maybe it is both, what can I say. Back in the gallery there was a young boy sitting with a young girl and they were talking. Wanting not wanting to listen (since the boy was talking loudly) he suggested the girl go out with him. The girl said she couldn’t, not today, not tomorrow, not the day after tomorrow, and so on. The tone of her voice was sharp, cold. It doesn’t take much brainpower to figure out how she obviously didn’t want to ,wasn’t interested, was trying to avoid him. After a few minutes another young man came on the bus who was obviously an acquaintance of the boy since as soon as he saw him he waved and sat down with them. At some point the girl got off at a stop. As soon as the girl left the kid’s friend asked the kid, the kid, what the deal was with the chick if he liked her. And the kid replied that he didn’t like her, “the joint sucks.” Hearing that, I held back from laughing out loud. I thought it was pretty ridiculous. On the other hand, I felt sorry for the boy, because from the looks of it, he had definitely adopted the mentality of “anyone who rejects me and “pisses me off” I belittle and call her names”. You’ll say okay you expected some mature behavior, he’s a yang boy. Yeah, pass on that.

Unfortunately, this is not the first time I have witnessed something like this. It has happened again on a bus to see something worse. I only felt sorry for the girls who have such “snakes” for friends. I am sure if they heard what their “friends ” were saying, not good morning, but they would no longer want to see them in front of them. Girls what can I say…be careful who you hang out with…because yes, there are the friend-esses who are a gift and good luck to have in our lives, but there are also the “friends” who dig holes in their backs. And if you’ve fallen into such a situation, you’ll be lucky if you can at least see behind the masks and behind the scenes. Take notice of the issue and remove him/her from your lives before they have a chance to harm you in any way. Always rely on your instinct, never ignore it. Almost always your instinct tells you the truth. Also always pay close attention to the little details. Because you may draw a leash and whole conclusions from these small details. A look, a glance, a grimace on the face, a movement, a conversation, a half-word, something you will not like, may be enough to wake you up, to ring the “bell”. The sooner you catch on to such people, the better for you. Of course I have seen bad behavior from some girls towards other girls or boys. But most of the cases in the majority, that I’ve happened to see at least personally, have so far been bad behavior of boys towards girls.

Now who and who might be the ones-who have raised such…. “diamonds” either boys or girls with such behavior, that’s another story that I honestly wonder about…
